This session is designed for leaders with an international or multicultural background.
Its purpose is to help you gain deeper insight into your leadership style and how to strengthen it while effectively navigating and balancing different cultural norms, expectations, and communication styles.

The course introduces key frameworks and concepts that enable you to identify, understand, and manage culturally influenced situations in your leadership practice. It combines theory, self-reflection, and practical exercises that extend beyond the classroom into your everyday professional life.

Join us for a 2h session, where we talk about intersektionality, living in a dual world, micro aggressions, minority stress and much more.

After the session you will have tools and knowledge on how to navigate as a PoC leader in the corporate world.
